> Communications infrastructure for autonomous agents: dedicated phone numbers, voice, SMS, human-delegated permissions and an auditable record — through one API. External runtimes provide the intelligence. USD money is integer micros ($1 = 1000000). Staged deployment: use your operator's API URL; npm/PyPI clients are not yet published. Paid billing is live under live verification; messaging registration is pending carrier verification.
